Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

At DigPro, we are committed to providing high-quality equipment and reliable service. Due to the size, weight, and specialized nature of heavy machinery, the following policy applies to all purchases.

Order Cancellations

We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery.

  • Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase at no cost
  • After 24 hours, orders may already be in processing or shipping stages
  • Cancellation may not be possible once processing begins

A cancellation fee may apply to cover handling and administrative costs.

Returns Policy

Due to the nature of heavy equipment:

All sales are final once the item has shipped. Returns are only accepted if the item arrives damaged or defective.

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind
  • Buyer's remorse
  • Incorrect product selection

We strongly recommend reviewing all product details before placing your order.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your equipment arrives damaged or defective:

  • You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide photos and/or videos showing:
  • The damage
  • Packaging condition
  • Serial number

Do not discard packaging materials until your claim is reviewed.

Resolution Options

After verification, DigPro will provide one of the following:

  • Replacement parts
  • Repair assistance
  • Partial refund
  • Full refund (if repair or replacement is not possible)

Refund Processing

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method only
  • Processing time: 5–10 business days after approval

Shipping and freight costs are non-refundable — unless the issue is confirmed as damage or defect.

Refused Deliveries

Refused shipments without prior approval will be treated as returns. In such cases:

  • Return freight costs will be deducted
  • Restocking and handling fees may apply
  • Any associated charges will be deducted from the refund

  • You have reviewed the product specifications

  • Delivery conditions are suitable
