this machine is a workhorse. have over 50hrs on it now. excavated and moved more than 50yds of rocky soil, thumb is capable for grabbing larger rocks, as well as spread over 20yds of material with blade. have thrown right side track a few times. oil plug access good, easy to change. did change out the needle zercs. at this point, well on its way to paying for itself. no so fast.
update late sep 2024: at 67 hrs. started running for 30 seconds or so then shutting off. still troubleshooting. customer support is not helpful. there is no service manual. seems like a safety shutoff of some sort.

We were skeptical to spend that much money without seeing the machine in person but we did it turned out great!! This company communicates with you they keep you updated on the ordered. The delivery driver unloaded it at our mailbox! The delivery guy was great he unloaded it with ease, all around great experience! They told us it might take 3 weeks total to get the machine we received it in 6 days! Do not hesitate to buy from the company! The deliver exactly what they advertise, thank you !!!!!
